The project manager, site foreman and key subcontractors were involved in the early design stage, the project ran smoothly from the beginning with all stakeholders having a clear picture of the process and desired outcome. Due to clear communications and the relationship with Greg as a repeat client, KFC Bligh Park was delivered on budget to the satisfaction of all involved.
