As a private owner, the input from The Dunn Group was a critical element of the success of the project. They took a very hands-on approach to the construction project and engaged very few consultants to assist. As a result there was less documentation than we were used to, and fewer drawings supplied we needed to work extremely closely with the client to extract the information required and ensure that there was a very clear and open dialogue every step of the way.
Through collaboration, consultation, communication and good teamwork, the project ran very smoothly (aside from a terrible spate of rain & extreme weather conditions).
With multiple detention and retention tanks for the stormwater treatment.
