This apartment complex of 28 units was a development that was constructed close to Narrabeen Beach. This complex had a basement carpark that was excavated 3m in sand with basement sub-soil drainage and pump out stations. Dewatering and timbering were used to complete the basement drainage as the sand was extremely unstable. The project was completed with a full hydrant service and fire hose reels. With individually metered gas services and all the usual sewer, stormwater and potable water services all brought in on time and on budget.
