Sister Ann Court Healthcare, Surry Hills

This multi-storey construction project was conducted within a live site environment, in a high density residential area with over 100 elderly residents. Access was difficult due to the site location and tight building specifications.
It was important to minimise any disruption to residents and guests and ensure that the timelines were realistic and achievable. Maintaining continuity of operation was a critical component of the construction program.
Conversion and addition of 18 aged care rooms with ensuites and other supporting amenities to an existing multi storey aged care facility (with lifts).
